Grand Parade:

Lots of divisions to enter with prizes for the best entry. The theme for this year is "A Fair For All." Put on your creative hat....originality and theme interpretation has its rewards. Thank you to Gina and Jerry Erny for sponsoring this time honored tradition!

Fiddle Contest

Singer/Songwriter Competition

This competition has been a Fair favorite for several years. Country & bluegrass, blues & folk, and pop. This event will be judged live in Payson's Pavilion.

Most Loveable Dog
Saturday, July 26 10:00 AM
Think you have the cutest, most loveable dog? Or maybe he/she has the shortest tail? Then it's time to take your dog to the 13th Annual Most Loveable Dog Contest! Bring your leashed pal to the Fire Station at 10 AM for registration and maybe even win a prize! You can show off your loveable dog while you both march in the parade! Thank you to Carrie Kinison and Linda Anderson for organizing this event.

Come see Haines own 4-H youth compete in the Southeast Alaska State Fair 4-H Horse show! Youth members and their mounts will compete in Equitation and Gymkhana classes, proudly exhibiting horsemanship skills.

Logging Show:
Men's and Women's Events: Saturday, July 26 1:00 PM
This annual competition brings everybody out of the woods! Events for both guys and gals. Sharpen that axe for the axe-throwing, and fine tune your favorite saw for bucking competitions.

Fisherman's Rodeo
Friday, July 25 2:00 PM
Calling all fishermen! The Fair's first ever Fisherman's Rodeo. Come test your net mending, gear baiting, and survival suit donning skills, and more! Cash and gear prizes to be won. Thank you to our sponsors Oleruds Inc and F/V Towego.

Running
1 mile run, 5K and 10K run, Saturday July 26th. Details coming

Kid's Stage:
Open 1:00 to 2:00 daily for crafts 2:00-4:00- Entertainment
