Ready To Be A Vendor at the Southeast Alaska State Fair?

  1. Read the Vendor Policy You must read and sign the Vendor Policy to Participate as a Vendor at the Fair!
  2. Download and complete an application to be either a Food Vendor, Non-Food Vendor, or Hall Table Vendor, and send in via email, fax, or mail before March 15, 2018 for returning vendors, or May 1, 2018 for new vendors.
  3. Make your deposit for your booth with the Paypal Button on this page.

The Fair Goes Green!

Beginning in 2016 the Fair has partnered with Haines Friends of Recycling and with thanks to the efforts of their volunteer team, we have reduced our waste from the Fair by 50%! We are furthering our mission to to be a Green Event in 2018 with plans to omit all use of plastic cups and service ware. Please help us make this happen! We will have more details soon.

HFR will have recycling containers throughout the Fairgrounds and we encourage all vendors to separate their trash and encourage your customers to do the same!
